As a dedicated health coach, Jerame is committed to cultivating a supportive environment where individuals embark on a transformative journey towards optimal health. His approach centers on using food to heal the body, but does so in a way that does not create a limiting diet, but rather a diet that is enjoyable and sustainable, ensuring clients feel nurtured and motivated as they achieve their health goals. He empowers clients to define their own wellness journey ensuring the changes they make are personal and aligned with their individual preferences and lifestyles.
In my mid 20's, I began my health journey when I came to the realization that I did not want to follow in the footsteps of so many of my family members who were living with diabetes.
While I began making the conscious effort to eat healthy, I still wanted to be able to balance my food intake so that I never had to deprive myself of an occasional tasty treat and to avoid the dreaded "diet".
With a passion for lifelong learning, I dove into researching food, human behavior, and health only to discover the labyrinth of contradictory information that so often leaves one perplexed.
Yet, I’ve found immense value in seeking guidance to unlock my own understanding of what wellness means for me—a journey that I’m excited to share with others.
Beyond that, I now know that there is more to health than just healthy eating and that health encompasses so many aspects of our daily lives, for example hydration, sleep, stress, emotional distress, and the list goes on.
My professional background, particularly as an Executive Chef in a thriving restaurant, taught me the art of connecting with individuals and nurturing their hidden potential, all while crafting nourishing meals that could delight a multitude. Now, I am driven to combine my love for food and my passion for mentorship into a transformative practice, helping others define their own personalized vision of health and empowering them to achieve their unique goals—because health should be a self-defined journey, not one dictated by societal norms.
